3. We design your sign or you bring in artwork as specified.

4. Sign a contract and give a fifty percent deposit.

5. Production begins upon receipt of your deposit and your final approval of artwork.

6. Production delays occur when you change copy on your sign and we must reschedule your work.

7. Production time depends upon your sign's complexity and the number of signs you order.

Sometimes same day for a small, simple sign.

Sometimes six months for a complex sign.

An estimate of a time frame begins upon the customer's approval of artwork for their sign.

Sand Carved signs are completely dependent on weather and availability of materials.
Time frame ranges from several weeks during drier, warmer months to several months during wetter, cooler months.

New signs take priority over remakes.

Indecision on the part of the customer (revisions, resubmitting artwork, etc.) results in extended delays for your sign to be produced.

Lack of communication from the customer results in delays for your sign to be produced.

Your artwork did not meet our standards for printing or cutting vinyl and needed to be enhanced in some way.

We do not accept GIFs, images from the web unless they are high resolution without copyright infringement, low resolution photocopies, and faxes.

Do not expect us to take your business card and blow it up to a billboard sized sign.

For a printed sign:
EPS, Illustrator 10.0 Mac or PC, high resolution
TIFF without layers
JPEG high resolution, at least 300dpi
PDF with fonts embedded

For a vinyl sign:
EPS, Illustrator 10.0 Mac or PC, Vectorized Image
PDF with fonts embedded
